It has never been easier to get to this beautiful part of France. Our location in the Vienne Department is served by a major road network extending from the channel ports almost to our door. Driving time from the ports is now a mere four to five hours. Budget Airlines have also made a great difference to accessibility, with daily flights to Poitiers, all year round, and to other nearby airports from May onward.
Or why not consider letting the train take the strain. Eurostar to Paris and TGV to Poitiers. An alternative is to fly, from an airport convenient to you, to Paris Charles De Gaulle and transfer, within the airport terminus, onto a TGV direct to Poitiers in about 2 hours. The choices for getting here are endless.

By Air
During the holiday period there are now numerous budget airlines flying to this part of France. We have four airports conveniently located to us, Poitiers (30 minutes drive), Limoges (1 hour 20 minutes), Angouleme (1 hour 10 minutes) and La Rochelle (1 hour 35 minutes). By Train Eurostar / TGV
 Taking the Eurostar from the UK to Paris and then the TGV to Poitiers is a relaxed and relatively speedy option. Departing on the Eurostar from London, St Pancras, or Ashton in Kent, the train arrives at Paris Gard de Nord in less than 3 hours. From Paris Montparnasse station the TGV will whisk you to Poitiers in under 2 hours.
By Air and Train
Alternatively you could fly from virtually any airport in the UK to Paris (Roissy), Charles de Gaulle airport, and without leaving the airport, connect with the TGV to Poitiers. The train journey, through the beautiful countryside to Poitiers, will take approximately 2.½ hrs. Car hire or taxis are available at the station terminal in Poitiers.
