The Ground Floor Comprises
Living/Dining room
A large living area complete with oak beams, stone fireplace and Italian tiled floors. Furnished to a high standard with on one side of the room a family seating area and on the other a dinning area, seating six people. In the seating area there is a television equipped with free view and a DVD player. Large selections of DVD’s are available for your viewing. In addition there is a radio/cd player and a selection of books.
Kitchen and Breakfast Area
A fully equipped modern fitted kitchen will provide for all your culinary needs. Built into the kitchen is a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Other equipment includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and hairdryer as well as all the utensils you’ll ever need. The adjacent breakfast area seats 4/6. A stable door leads from the kitchen to the patio/BBQ area.
The First Floor Comprises:
Bedroom 1 (Oriental)
A large double room with seating area that can be converted into an additional double bed. The wood flooring and exposed beams give a warm country ambience. The fitted wardrobe is equipped with a digital safe deposit box. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath, washbasin, w/c and shower cubicle.
Bedroom 2 (Blue)
Another large double room with seating area, tastefully furnished and comprising wood floors and exposed beams. Fitted wardrobes conceal a digital safe deposit box. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with washbasin, w/c and a large shower cubicle complete with body jet system.

Standard Bedroom Arrangement
General Note:
All rooms are fitted with electric heaters and the bathrooms have heated towel rails. The living room and bedrooms have integrated ceiling fans and the kitchen has a remote control wall fan. Inter connected smoke alarms are installed for your security. All bedding, towels and toilet rolls are included as well as a selection of complimentary toiletries.
Sun-loungers are provided around the pool which can be taken to the guests’ patio area if required. Please note that pool towels are not provided.
The Swimming Pool - Opens April 16th 2011
The Pool is for the exclusive use of guests renting the cottage. It is designed for maximum fun, being 12x6m, and is ideal for real swimming. From the Roman steps accessing the pool the first 6m is flat at a depth of approx 1m, thereafter the floor inclines to a depth of 2.6m. The filtration system is designed to public pool standard and minimal chemicals are used as the water is kept pristine using a natural salt to chlorine gas converter. The result is no stinging eyes, irritations or bad tastes and the best hygiene results possible. The water is heated to a minimum of 27 Celsius.
Around the pool is a large paved area for lounging and relaxing. At top and bottom of the pool the deck extends for 4m and on the sides 2m. Cushioned sun-loungers are provided for everyone and several areas are dedicated to table and chairs. Swivelled sun shades are fixed around the pool for those wishing to chill out. The pool and its sun bathing area are further set in 0.5 of an acre of enclosed garden with palm trees, bamboo, chestnut and leylandi bordering the area.
The pool area is completely fenced and gated and for additional security an alarmed sensor system is in operation at times when the pool is not supervised or occupied. The pool is closed at night to allow the cleaning robot to do its work and ensure your party have the best possible water environment during your stay.
